Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations. Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Elder Care: Provides specific programs and services to support older adults age 55 and older, including in-person activities and free classes. - ForeverWell: Provides members with wellness activities for older adults age 55 and older including virtually online or in-person options. Must be a member for the virtual online activities. Also provides wellness checks for senior ForeverWell members. The George Wellbeing programs offer guidance, virtually or one-on-one in a group setting, with a board-certified coach, to help participants navigate healthy choices. Adult Sports Leagues: Provides team, doubles, and individuals sport activities. Opportunities for members and non-members. Kids Sports: Provides year-round activities and program for kids of all ages and skill levels, including youth sports leagues and classes, summer sports, Homeschool Physical Education, and adult sports leagues. Members and non-members are welcome to participate. Offers youth with disabilities age 8 and up opportunities to participate in the Blazing Stars Special Olympics Team. The Young Athletes program introduces children ages 2 to 7 with and without intellectual disabilities to the world of sports. Orthology: Provides physical therapy and chiropractic services Kids and Families: Provides exercises classes, adventure racing, free child care while members work out, Parents Night Out provides child care for an evening out, family friendly fitness centers, and youth and family fitness cards that outlines an entire workout from warm-ups to cool down stretches. Journey to Freedom: Provides an 8 week session where participants meet in small-group discussions, read, reflect, find support, and heal. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Specialty series include Freedom from Body Image and Food Issues, Freedom from Low Self-Esteem, Freedom from the Pain of Grief and Disappointment, and Freedom from Fear. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Provides community services including: His Works United Council: The Family Healing Restoration Network (FHRN) is a collaboration between Hennepin County and His Works United Council to provide services to individuals and families to reduce the numbers of families engaged in child protection services There is a Balm: Promotes holistic health understandings and behaviors in the African American community; twenty churches have health site coordinators that work with church pastors to bring information and sponsor activities to promote healthy eating and living GED Assistance: Provides preparation classes, subject tutoring (individual and group), practice tests, and financial assistance for testing fees

Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations. Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee). Kids Stuff provides free drop-off child care while parents/caregivers work out (must be a member). Elder Care: Provides specific programs and services to support older adults age 55 and older, including in-person activities and free classes. - ForeverWell: Provides members with wellness activities for older adults age 55 and older including virtually online or in-person options. Must be a member for the virtual online activities. Also provides wellness checks for senior ForeverWell members. The George Wellbeing programs offer guidance, virtually or one-on-one in a group setting, with a board-certified coach, to help participants navigate healthy choices. Adult Sports Leagues: Provides team, doubles, and individuals sport activities. Opportunities for members and non-members. Kids Sports: Provides year-round activities and program for kids of all ages and skill levels, including youth sports leagues and classes, summer sports, Homeschool Physical Education, and adult sports leagues. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Elder Services - Bois Forte Band of Chippewa

Elder services include the following: - Monthly newsletters to keep communication available on planned activities (i.e. concerts, pow-wows, etc.) and other information - Nutritious meals served Monday - Friday at Nett Lake and Vermilion Community Centers with home-delivered meals available to elders who are unable to go to the sites - Transportation for shopping monthly ?- Wisdom Steps Program: Preventative health program. Encourages elders to actively participate in programs that promote health screenings, health education, healthy living activities and evidence-based health programs. Elders who become members of the program and complete a minimum of 46,000 steps per year, and complete health screenings and exams become eligible to attend the annual Wisdom Steps Conference Free of charge. Participants earn incentives and recognition at the conference for their work towards becoming healthy and the number of steps that they walk during the year through a Tier system.

Rates for members and non-members. - Wellbeats is for kids ages 3 to 14 who are participants of Kids Stuff or child care (must be a member). Kids Stuff provides free drop-off child care while parents/caregivers work out (must be a member). Elder Care: Provides specific programs and services to support older adults age 55 and older, including in-person activities and free classes. - ForeverWell: Provides members with wellness activities for older adults age 55 and older including virtually online or in-person options. Must be a member for the virtual online activities. Also provides wellness checks for senior ForeverWell members. The George Wellbeing programs offer guidance, virtually or one-on-one in a group setting, with a board-certified coach, to help participants navigate healthy choices. Adult Sports Leagues: Provides team, doubles, and individuals sport activities. Opportunities for members and non-members. Kids Sports: Provides year-round activities and program for kids of all ages and skill levels, including youth sports leagues and classes, summer sports, Homeschool Physical Education, and adult sports leagues. Members and non-members are welcome to participate. Offers youth with disabilities age 8 and up opportunities to participate in the Blazing Stars Special Olympics Team. The Young Athletes program introduces children ages 2 to 7 with and without intellectual disabilities to the world of sports. Orthology: Provides physical therapy and chiropractic services Kids and Families: Provides exercises classes, adventure racing, free child care while members work out, Parents Night Out provides child care for an evening out, family friendly fitness centers, and youth and family fitness cards that outlines an entire workout from warm-ups to cool down stretches. Journey to Freedom: Provides an 8 week session where participants meet in small-group discussions, read, reflect, find support, and heal. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Specialty series include Freedom from Body Image and Food Issues, Freedom from Low Self-Esteem, Freedom from the Pain of Grief and Disappointment, and Freedom from Fear. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Offers parent and child, school-age children, preschool children, and teen and adult swimming lessons and water safety instruction. Member and non-member rates available. Provides trainings and certifications for lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, babysitting safety, safety training for coaches and instructor level training. Classes are offered in a traditional classroom and blended where lessons are online and skills are practiced in class.
