Printouts of a child's records are available at a parent's request for daycare, camp, school, etc. Bring shot records. - Family planning education - Maternal and infant care education, including one on one instruction of childbirth education and breastfeeding - WIC (Women Infants and Children Program): nutritional supplements for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under age 5. - Public health emergency preparedness
