Minnesota Poison Control System - Hennepin Healthcare

Emergency call center for poison management. Staff is available to advise of poison questions and can recommend steps to take at home and when to go to a medical facility. Staff also advise throughout the care process and call to follow up.

- Child and family health care home visits - Child and teen checkups for ages birth - 20 - Community health services - Environmental health services (contract with Brown/Nicollet County) - Immtrack immunization registry (tracks immunizations including childhood flu and Hepatitis B within the state of MN). Printouts of a child's records are available at a parent's request for daycare, camp, school, etc. Bring shot records. - Family planning education - Maternal and infant care education, including one on one instruction of childbirth education and breastfeeding - WIC (Women Infants and Children Program): nutritional supplements for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under age 5. - Public health emergency preparedness
