The initial process point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term with a 30-day timeframe. After 30-days initial contact, households with no other pathways identified who meet eligibility requirements can be connected to a Housing Assessor and complete a Housing Needs Assessment. Individuals and families who complete a Housing Needs Assessment will be added to the Housing Registry.
- Transitional Housing: Manages a 12-unit transitional housing facility in Coon Rapids that offers supportive services

- Applying for private health insurance plans
- Dental care insurance and finding low-cost dental care services
