Member Services - Aliveness Project, The
Case management, integrative therapies (acupuncture, massage and other complementary therapies) nutritional counseling and other services for individuals living with HIV. Call for appointment. Services include:
- Case management for individuals living with HIV/AIDS
- Integrative therapies (massage, acupuncture, chiropractic and other body therapies)
- Nutritional counseling
- Health and wellness seminars for individuals living with HIV/AIDS - HIV testing and HIV prevention counseling and materials (condoms, lubricants, etc.)
- Printed information, audio and visual lending library
- Internet access for information and private emailing

- Cervical cancer, Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Syphilis screening
- Routine Gynecological and Breast Examination
- Sexual health education, testing, and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

- Health screenings for individuals such as blood sugar, cholesterol, and hemoglobin

- Public health preparedness activities/information including infectious disease outbreaks
- Presentations for students about health issues
- Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) interventions to prevent obesity by implementing policy, systems, and environmental changes to increase physical activity and intake of healthy food choices
