Uncompensated Care Enrollment If not eligible for coverage through MNsure, individuals may qualify for the Uncompensated Care discount program. The program provides discounted care based on family size and annual household income. A financial counselor can answer program questions and help complete the application. Provides air transportation to post 9/11 combat wounded and their families for medical and other compassionate purposes through a national network of volunteer aircraft owners and pilots. Passengers are transported to and from the medical facility for the benefit of the service member, not the passengers. Passenger eligibility requires the service member to be undergoing continuing medical care, either hospitalized or as an outpatient. Passengers must be family or a very close personal friend of the service member.
