Financial Assistance for Individuals with Inherited Bleeding Disorders - Hemophilia Foundation of Minnesota and Dakotas (HFMD)

Emergency assistance fund for costs associated with receiving medical care, available once per calendar year per applicant. Support is provided in paying medical bills ($500 maximum), transportation, and lodging ($200 maximum for both) for family hospital visits which are for one-time unexpected emergency type situations.
