Financial Assistance Program: Provides financial assistance (charity care) to low-income, uninsured, or underinsured individuals who need help paying for all or part of their medical care. Patients are eligible when their family income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) income guidelines. Patients must apply for financial assistance within 240 days after the date of their first post-services billing statement. Applicants are notified of financial assistance eligibility in writing within 30 days of receipt of the application.
