Services include: free and anonymous pregnancy testing; information and referral to community resources; informational materials on pregnancy and fetal development; maternity clothes; complete layettes are provided to new babies of clients; and a 24-hour toll-free crisis pregnancy hotline provided through the national Birthright office. Birthright of Winona can also provide supplies of diapers and wipes in emergency situations for families with babies and also will provide baby clothing (based on available supplies).

This practice offers mental health screenings and assessments including: anxiety disorders screening, court ordered DUI evaluations, depression screening, early intervention for mental illness, eating disorders screening, general assessments for substance use disorders, general mental health screening, psychological assessment, and psychological testing. This practice also offers an impaired driver program for adolescents and adults.
