Maternity home for women and heir babies for up to 18 months based on resident needs. Individualized support may include: - Accessing educational and employment opportunities - Developing a life plan and move towards their life goals with the assistance of mentors - Developing a successful plan to move to transitional housing - Educational training in health and nutrition, parenting, and childcare - Handling outstanding legal issues - Obtaining childcare assistance - Obtaining maternity and baby clothes, furniture, and home supplies - Planning, shopping, and preparing nutritious meals - Transportation to medical, dental, mental health, and/or chemical dependency services in a timely manner
