Provides specialized inpatient and outpatient services to Veterans, including:
Care Program and Support: Provides caregiver support to Veterans and their families at home and in the community, including a Caregiver Support hotline, comprehensive assistance for family caregivers, adult day health care centers, home-based primary care, home hospice care, homemaker and home health aides, home telehealth, remote monitoring care, respite care, and skilled home care.
