Clinic Services - WE Health Clinic
Miscarriage and Early Pregnancy Loss (EPL) Care:
?- Provides compassionate care and treatment options for miscarriage and early pregnancy loss (EPL), including medication management and in-clinic suction procedures. These services are often available at a significantly lower cost than hospital-based care, and financial assistance may be available. Care includes ultrasound assessment, individualized treatment planning, and support throughout the process. Miscarriage and EPL are common and often caused by factors outside a person's control. Staff offer evidence-based care and counseling, including information about future fertility and emotional support.
Pregnancy Termination Services:
- Advance Provision of Medication Abortion: Offers advance provision of abortion medications for future use, available to eligible patients through in-person or telehealth appointments. Telehealth patients must be in Minnesota and have a Minnesota mailing address. Up to three medication sets may be purchased, with funding assistance available for one set.

- In-Clinic Medication Abortion: Offers medication abortion for individuals up to 14 weeks pregnant, involving a two-step process with Mifeprex taken at the clinic and Misoprostol taken at home to complete the abortion.

- In-Clinic Suction Abortion: Offers suction abortion for individuals up to 17 weeks pregnant, a procedure performed by a licensed physician using gentle suction to empty the uterus.
- Telehealth Medication Abortion: Offers telehealth medication abortion for patients up to 11 weeks pregnant, allowing care from home with no in-person visit. Patients must be 18 or older, located in Minnesota during the appointment, and have a Minnesota mailing address if receiving medications by mail. After a screening process, eligible patients meet with clinic staff and a physician via phone or video, then receive abortion medications and instructions by mail or clinic pickup. Staff are available 24/7 for support, with follow-up provided after the appointment.
