- 24-hour emergency assistance: On-call counseling and problem-solving and/or immediate response for assistance at a person's home due to a health/personal emergency
- Community residential services: Services that provide training and/or habilitation, ongoing residential care and supportive services to adults and/or children in a setting licensed by the lead agency. These services are individualized and based on the needs of the person, as identified in the support plan
- Companion services: Non-medical care, supervision and socialization to a person age 18 or older
- Crisis respite: Short-term care and intervention strategies provided to a person due to the need for caregiver relief, protection of the person or others living with the person, or the person's need for behavioral or medical intervention

Housing and Community Support Programs - Rise, Inc.
Offers person-centered support services to individuals living with a disability or mental health condition. Services provided:
- Case management to assess gaps in services to develop a goal plan to resolve the individual's housing crisis and prevent them from becoming homeless
- Develop life skills including self-sufficiency planning, establish independence, and housing skills
- Help individuals secure and maintain stable housing. Services include house searching, application assistance, budgeting, landlord communication, and ongoing stability planning.
- Meeting with staff for information about housing resources for rapid re-housing, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and eligibility. Provides referrals and resources to programs as needed.

The program is designed to help individuals living with a disability and mental health needs, live as independently and fully as possible. Community Living Specialists meet with clients one-on-one in their homes to provide the training and support. This service can be customized to meet individual needs and may include:

Free at Last - Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) - Employment and Training
Free at Last is for youth ages 16 - 21 years. The program focuses on teaching independent living skills through experiential education, teamwork, and individual counseling. Participants attend weekly group meetings, take part in community service projects, and attend outdoor challenge activities. Eligible youth may also be assisted with housing needs when they have exited care.

Independent Living & Skills Training (ILS): Provides adults and youth who have disabilities an opportunity to make appropriate choices and learn the skills to assist them in improving independence. Program provides services including:
