Services include: - Crisis intervention - Independent living skills development - Inter-agency case coordination - Integrated dual diagnosis treatment - Individualized assessment and treatment planning - Medication management - Nursing services - Transition and discharge planning - Vocational skills

- 24-hour emergency assistance: On-call counseling and problem-solving and/or immediate response for assistance at a person's home due to a health/personal emergency - Community residential services: Services that provide training and/or habilitation, ongoing residential care and supportive services to adults and/or children in a setting licensed by the lead agency. These services are individualized and based on the needs of the person, as identified in the support plan - Companion services: Non-medical care, supervision and socialization to a person age 18 or older - Crisis respite: Short-term care and intervention strategies provided to a person due to the need for caregiver relief, protection of the person or others living with the person, or the person's need for behavioral or medical intervention - Day support services: Individualized home, and community-based services (HCBS) that provide opportunities for community-based training and support for people with disabilities. Day support services develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life skills to ensure that people with disabilities can fully access and participate in personally preferred activities within their community - Day training and habilitation: Services that develop and maintain life skills for people with developmental disabilities or related conditions so they can fully participate in community life - Family residential services: Services that provide training and/or habilitation, ongoing residential care and supportive services to adults and/or children in a setting licensed by the lead agency where the license holder resides in the home. These services are individualized and based on the needs of the person, as identified in the support plan - Homemaker services: Eligible services range from light household cleaning to household cleaning with incidental assistance with home management and/or activities of daily living - Individual community living supports (ILCS): For people who need reminders, cues intermittent/moderate supervision or physical assistance to remain in their own homes - Individualized home supports without training: Services for adults or children when they need support, assistance and supervision in at least one of the community living service categories when living in their own home or family home. Community living service categories include community participation; health, safety and wellness; household management; adaptive skills - Night supervision: Provides overnight assistance and monitoring by staff in the person's own home - Respite care services: Short-term care due to the absence or need for relief of the family member(s) or primary caregiver normally providing the care.

ARMHS instructs, assists, and supports individuals regaining or starting skills to live independently. - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams: ACT is an intensive, comprehensive, non-residential, and rehabilitative mental health service team model - Case Management: Offers referrals to community mental health centers, community outreach programs, housing support options, local social clubs/drop-in programs, residential treatment facilities, and vocational services - Community Support Program (CSP): Helps people manage their mental health symptoms, participate in their community, learn medication management, and develop daily living skills - Individual Placement and Support (IPS): Helps people with mental illness find and keep a job through the IPS program. Free at Last is for youth ages 16 - 21 years. The program focuses on teaching independent living skills through experiential education, teamwork, and individual counseling. Participants attend weekly group meetings, take part in community service projects, and attend outdoor challenge activities. Eligible youth may also be assisted with housing needs when they have exited care.
