Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations. Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee). Journey to Freedom: Provides an 8 week session where participants meet in small-group discussions, read, reflect, find support, and heal. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Specialty series include Freedom from Body Image and Food Issues, Freedom from Low Self-Esteem, Freedom from the Pain of Grief and Disappointment, and Freedom from Fear. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Services include: - Chemical health assessment and referrals - Chiropractic services - Medical services include primary care, transportation assistance, and community resource assistance and referral - Nutrition services include assessment and referral, education, consultation, advocacy - Mental health diagnosis and treatment services - Optical including vision screening and eyeglasses - Pharmaceutical services - Physical therapy - Public health nursing services include outreach and assessment, maternal/child health and family planning, child and teen checkups, and TB case management Donations of unopened medicine, inhalers, and supplies are gratefully accepted. Kids Sports: Provides year-round activities and program for kids of all ages and skill levels, including youth sports leagues and classes, summer sports, Homeschool Physical Education, and adult sports leagues. Members and non-members are welcome to participate. Offers youth with disabilities age 8 and up opportunities to participate in the Blazing Stars Special Olympics Team. The Young Athletes program introduces children ages 2 to 7 with and without intellectual disabilities to the world of sports. Orthology: Provides physical therapy and chiropractic services Kids and Families: Provides exercises classes, adventure racing, free child care while members work out, Parents Night Out provides child care for an evening out, family friendly fitness centers, and youth and family fitness cards that outlines an entire workout from warm-ups to cool down stretches. Journey to Freedom: Provides an 8 week session where participants meet in small-group discussions, read, reflect, find support, and heal. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Specialty series include Freedom from Body Image and Food Issues, Freedom from Low Self-Esteem, Freedom from the Pain of Grief and Disappointment, and Freedom from Fear. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Offers parent and child, school-age children, preschool children, and teen and adult swimming lessons and water safety instruction. Member and non-member rates available. Provides trainings and certifications for lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, babysitting safety, safety training for coaches and instructor level training. Classes are offered in a traditional classroom and blended where lessons are online and skills are practiced in class.

Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations. Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee). Small Group Training Programs: - Provides opportunities for small group training and flex training. Available classes vary by location. Rates for members and non-members. - Wellness 180 provides a series of lessons that will help educate participants in and out of a classroom setting on how gradual lifestyle changes can positively impact their health. Kids Stuff provides free drop-off child care while parents/caregivers work out (must be a member).
