Offers an inpatient hospice cottage that provides patient assistance 24 hours a day under the consultation of a Registered Nurse. Services include: - Bereavement care for one year after the patient's death - Guest bedroom for family or loved ones to stay during those last days - Information and assistance in coordinating community services - Meals, snacks, laundry, personal care, medications, etc. are provided to all patients - Teaches health care methods to the family - Volunteers provide support, visit with family and patients, assist with household chores, run errands, and provide transportation and other services.
