The Food Support Employment and Training Program FSET - Beltrami County Health And Human Services
The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires each state to operate an employment and training program for Food Support recipients. The goal of the FSET program is to help such recipients prepare for and become employed. The program operates in all 87 counties. County human service agencies administer the program, but generally contract with local employment and training service providers for delivery of services to program participants. At the state level, the program is jointly managed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Department of Economic Security.

Employment Services - Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio - CLUES
Provides employment services for individuals interested in finding employment, obtaining certification training, or advancing their career. Services are provided in person at a CLUES location, virtually, or at one of the training partner locations. Services include:
- Career coaching
- Employment Preparation Assistance: Offers tailored resume building, cover letter crafting, job application assistance, interviewing skills enhancements, bilingual support, and in-person or virtual appointments
- Financial coaching
- Free career training workshops, 8 - 9 week training to learn soft skills along with hands-on training in high-demand industries
- Industry certification trainings for Steam and Hot Water Boiler Operator, Carpentry, Phlebotomy, Commercial Driver Careers, Healthcare Unit Coordinator, and Licensed Child Caregivers
- Job placement assistance
- Public assistance screening
- Transportation assistance
