Offers employment services for individuals living with a disability to help them navigate employment options that are a right fit for them. The Employment Department of Minnesota Diversified Industries (MDI) is available at all locations and works with each individual to find a match to meet employment goals. Services include:
- Career Skills Training: Help individuals build personal and professional development for lifelong career skills
- Community Placement Services: The Placement Team works with job seekers and referral sources to find the best employment fit for the individual's skills, abilities, and interests
