Helps people finish their High School Diploma or GED, offers hands-on training in construction or automotive, and assists people in finding jobs or starting college. Students receive one-on-one support in achieving their academic goals as well as leadership and career coaching. Enrolled students can earn money each week for attending classes, plus bonuses for achieving program goals.

Summer and school-year programs available. North 4: Provides pathways to success for gang/clique involved adolescents and young adult men residing in four north Minneapolis neighborhoods. Services include leadership, life skills, and work-readiness training, one-on-one job coaching and on-going individual support. Participants are encouraged to participate, plan, and lead community engagement activities/events and retreat-style activities.

Employs eligible youth in temporary jobs as part of year-round youth employment and training services under the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Minnesota Youth Program (MYP).
