Refugee Medical Assistance - RMA - Minnesota Prairie County Alliance - Dodge, Steele, and Waseca County

Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) is a program providing up to eight months of Medical Assistance (MA) to refugees. To qualify for RMA, refugees must: - Be ineligible for MA - Meet income limits - Meet asset limits - Have one of the following immigration statuses: - Refugee, asylee, Cuban and Haitian entrant, Amerasian, trafficking victim, Iraqi, and Afghan special immigrants. - Dependent children of people with these statuses may be eligible for RMA. - Children with a non-refugee parent in the household are not eligible for RMA.
