Provides training and habilitation services for adults living with a developmental disability, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), mental illness, or physical challenge. Individual programs are developed to meet specific needs and promote social and vocational independence. Additional services include: - Daily Living Skills: Assessment/evaluation, art therapy, multi-sensory room therapy, budgeting/money management, self-help skills, and social skills - Fully Accessible Transportation Service: Provides transportation to centers, community work sites, and community activities - Progressive Job Placement Program: Provides center-based employment such as job coaching, training, on-going job follow-up, and individual job search for positions in business and industries - Senior Program: Skills maintenance training, leisure interest training, and small group community activities - Specialized Services: Assessment/evaluation, behavior management planning, physical therapy, and communication and language services such as ASL Spanish classes - Transition Program: Develop a work history while still in school and work readiness training

Individualized employment services and support for people with disabilities include: - Day program for adults with developmental disabilities - Employment exploration services: Help to explore work and introduce employment options. This service helps people to make an informed choice about working in competitive, integrated employment. - Employment development services: Help to plan for competitive employment, including identifying goals and discovering strengths. May help in finding employment if Vocational Rehabilitation Services is not available. - Employment support services: Help to maintain community employment in an individual or group setting.- Rehabilitation/habilitative service - Exercise Therapy: Provides individualized exercise plans for cardiovascular health, mobility, and dexterity. We also help individuals with physical therapy plans prescribed to individuals by doctors and physical therapists.?? - Habilitation Services: Provides individualized training/support in skills needed for day-to-day living and community integration. - Life Enrichment Services: Provides a space for service recipients to participate in activities they enjoy doing that make their lives better. - Vocational Services: Provides on-site paid opportunities with various jobs from area businesses. ?

Provides a place for dependent adults (up to 24 a day) to socialize with their peers in an environment that promotes independence, security, companionship, and health monitoring. This enables caregivers, case managers, and family members to receive a break from caregiving. Activities include morning coffee social, dice/card games, therapy dog visits, and more. Pick-up and drop-off transportation is available within a 20-mile radius for older adults who are able to get in and out of a car.
