A year-round, fee-based, before and after school program. Children participate in a wide variety of complementary learning experiences that informally support academic learning and social and physical development.

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers. ECFE works to strengthen families and engage the ability of all parents to provide an environment that supports the healthy development of their child. Provides care for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This includes before and after school care, non-school enrichment days, inclement weather days, and summer care. Designed to provide students a wide range of fun and exploratory activities, including creative projects, sports, childhood games, board games, reading time, creative and dramatic play, science exploration, community service, community special events participation, and occasional field trips.

An afterschool program consisting of two 12-week semesters and a summer component. The program accepts infants (6 - weeks) to school-age (Kindergarten - 6th grade) children. Depending on the child's age, the program will incorporate educational activities such as collaboration with Early Childhood Special Education, MN Reading Corp, or time to complete homework and participate in other classroom activities.
