This program allows parents to go to work while their sick child can stay home with a qualified and experienced Sick Childcare Aide (SCA). Parent must need childcare for at least a four-hour minimum. Childcare aides can assist at immediate notice and have met the following professional qualifications: - First aid- and CPR-trained - Experience in a childcare center or home setting - Registered Nurse on staff for any medical questions - Passed an extensive hiring procedure of interviewing, testing, orientating, reference checking, and criminal background checking
