- Community services: Assists in providing free community resources such as food shelves, health care resources, and helps navigate insurance programs
- Community Food Shelf: Provides food for individuals, refugees, families, and the community. Available items include food and items such as clothing, household items, and more when available.
- Interpreting and resource services: Works with a network of providers and competent interpreters who understand the community that is presented
- Transportation services: Free transportation based on need staff availability, transportation may vary from medical to grocery shopping

At this time there are no qualifications that must be met to be included on the Roster. Inclusion on the Roster is not evidence of being a "certified" health care interpreter.
