Eligibility: Families with children ages birth - 14. Grandparents who have full guardianship of the children can request toys.
Registration: October 15th - December 7th
- Intake: Call or visit website for online application. Fill out the application. Some information may or may not be required. Incomplete or inaccurate information can impact a family's ability to complete their request.

Documents: Photo ID for each adult, forms of identification for each child (birth certificate, insurance card, school ID, or Social Security card), proof of residency, proof of assistance, and proof of income
