- Bible Study Courses: Free correspondence courses provide inmates with an introduction to the Bible and its messages. - Chaplaincy and Counseling: Chaplains and counselors are available to visit inmates; conduct Bible classes, chapel services, and musical programs; and provide individual or group counseling. - Family Services: Help to families may include spiritual counseling, material aid, group support. - Christmas Aid to Inmates' Families: Service brings joy to families by providing a catalog of gifts inmates can choose for their families. Prisons participating include: Moose Lake/Willow River, St Cloud, Sandstone, Hennepin County Workhouse, Red Wing, Faribault, Shakopee and Lino Lakes. - Community Corrections: Inmates preparing for release or parole may be eligible for court-approved services offered by Salvation Army including job training and placement, housing services through Harbor Light or the Adult Rehabilitation Center, and help in reestablishing family and community relationships. Referrals to Salvation Army offices and outside agencies for financial assistance and other social service needs.

- Baby and Toddler Care Packages: Clients participating in the food shelf may also receive a care package that contains diapers/pull-ups, wipes, onesies, hats, baby lotion and body wash, formula, bottles, and baby food. Not all items are always available based on supply. - Birthday Bags: Clients participating in the food shelf may receive a "Birthday Bag" for each child's birthday filled with candles, cake decorations, party favors for 6 - 8 kids, themed plates/napkins/etc., colorful party decorations (table cloths, paper streamers, etc.), and small toys or crafts. Parents can also choose one birthday cake or cupcakes. - LearnStrong Back To School: Provides backpacks filled with school supplies. - Toys of Joy Holiday Program: Provides a special event in December where parents can shop for toys for their children.
