Helps ensure construction projects meet the requirements of both the Minnesota State Building Code and the City Zoning regulations. If residents have questions regarding building permits, the permit process or they already have a permit and need to schedule an inspection, they should call (763)433-9850. - City Administration - City Attorney - City Engineering: Plans, reviews and prepares projects related to the City's infrastructure, including streets, drainage and municipal water and sewer systems. Also maintains records associated with these projects and is responsible for the City's mapping needs. - Community Development: Guides residential and commercial growth through comprehensive planning processes and administers the city's building and zoning codes - Finance - Parks and recreation - Planning and Zoning - Public Works: Provides design construction and maintenance of streets, stormwater management, municipal water and sewer management, new housing and business infrastructure development, snow removal and ice control, trimming of storm-damaged trees, manages stormwater run-off, patches potholes, roadside mowing, street improvement projects, and street sweeping.
