• Telehealth screening and assessment for COVID-19 symptoms

• Blood pressure and blood glucose (diabetes) screening

• Cholesterol screening

• Over-the-counter prescription assistance

• Pre-diabetes testing

• Pregnancy test verification for medical assistance

• Medical follow-up for diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), post-surgical procedures, Emergency Room visits, etc.

• Health promotion education on multiple topics such as nutrition; healthy pregnancy; infant and child growth and development; smoking cessation; weight management; chronic disease management, etc.

Community Resource Connections

• Financial screening for program eligibility for prescription drug assistance; Women, Infant and Children (WIC); Head Start; Medical Assistance; Energy Assistance and food shelf

• Medication disposal

All services are confidential. Does not recommend, refer for, or provide abortions. Pro-life services include:

• Abstinence education including one-on-one and presentations

• Limited obstetrical ultrasound for pregnancy confirmation

• Parenting educational program in which points are earned for completing educational goals. Points are exchanged for material assistance such as baby equipment and items. The program is designed to benefit parents and children. Helps to establish better parenting skills, learn about pregnancy, and develop healthy relationships. Life skills classes are also offered regarding budgeting, decision making, job skills, meal planning, renting a place to live, and more.

• Peer counseling, abortion vs. adoption vs. parenting decision

• Post abortion recovery help

• Program for fathers including information on their rights and more. Mentoring for expectant fathers

• Sexually transmitted infection information
