Baby & Me Program - Pregnancy Choices
An 8-session program designed for expecting or experienced mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships. Participants work one-on-one with a Certified Life Coach, and are provided parenting education, confidence boosting, stress reduction, and healthy coping skills.
Offers two monthly groups: Moms Group and Latina Moms Group. Moms Group is an opportunity to build community with other moms. Latina Mom's Group is an opportunity to build community with other Spanish-speaking moms. Topics for both groups vary based on client interests and needs.

Follow-Along-Program
- An early childhood intervention system for children up to 3 years of age.
- Periodic questionnaires are sent to the parents of children at certain ages to gauge health and development. Questionnaires are reviewed and if there are concerns, a nurse contacts the parents.
Prenatal and postpartum support and education
Home visiting services also available for children from birth to age 21 who have a physical disability, chronic illness or emotional limitations.
Maternal Child Health (MCH) Individualized prenatal and postpartum home visits by a public health nurse to meet the needs of the client. Services include:

Public Health Family Home Visiting - Olmsted County Public Health Services
Family Home Visiting is a service provided by public health nurses (PHNs), offering home visits to partner with and support families during pregnancy and parenting. The PHNs work alongside families to promote a healthy pregnancy, a positive parent-child relationship, knowledge of parenting and child development, parental resilience, and referral to resources that provide basic needs and social supports. PHNs have been trained in and utilize the Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-Visiting (MECSH) program, an evidence-based home visiting model.
Newborn/postpartum Visits (aka New Baby Visits) are available to all families with a new baby. The nurse visits families in their home during the first two weeks after the birth to offer teaching and support related to care of the baby, postpartum recovery, and family adjustment.??????
