Empowers neighbors in the community to shelter and support young adults experiencing homelessness and they progress to the next stage of their lives. Matches young people ages 18 - 24 with adults who have a spare bedroom to offer. Volunteer hosts provide young people with room and board for a flexible and mutually-agreed-upon length of time. Hosts receive training and support throughout and youth participants receive case management services. Young people voluntarily enter the program and choose who they want to meet based on host profiles. Staff facilitate an introduction and once both youth and hosts decide it is a good marth, the youth moves in. Length of stay may last 6 - 12 months.
Provides a host home program and supportive services for youth who are marginalized and identify as LGBTQI+ in the Twin Cities metro area. It can take 3 - 6 months for someone to move into a host home. Program provides support for up to 1 year.

- Family Connections: Families receive support for basic needs and then work toward short- and long-term goals for their finances, employment, education, housing, family life, and community connections. Services are individualized to meet families' goals. - Youth Connections Program: Youth ages 13-24 experiencing housing instability receive assistance through individual coaching and advocacy from Client Advocates. Offers Host Home Program that provides services for youth in unstable housing to be connected with a community member who opens their home to house a youth for up to one year. - Supportive Housing Program: Local faith communities and groups partner with The Connect Center to provide a one-year structured program for a family in jeopardy of losing their housing. Families work toward their goals with an expanded positive support network which includes a volunteer family mentor.
