Outreach workers are on call to meet with and talk to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and staying outside or in places not fit for human habitation. Resource Centers: During designated drop-in hours, YMCA Resource Centers are staffed by an Outreach Worker who can help youth, ages 12 - 24, with basic needs support such as food, clothes, hygiene items, household supplies, parenting items, and more. Also during drop-in hours, youth can stop in to get their coordinated entry assessment completed, help find shelter, be screened for prevention services, or access other YMCA resources/services.
Four locations: Lion's Resource Center/Northeast Minneapolis, Elliott Park, Emma's Place in Coon Rapids, and North Community YMCA.
Safe Stay Emergency Shelter: Moves youth off the streets into a safe space and provides supportive services.
School and Street Outreach: Youth Outreach Workers provide services for youth and young adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness at schools and out in the community to meet immediate needs and connect them to community resources.
Youth Resource Line: A free message line for local youth ages 12 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk. Assistance with resources and community referrals.

Provides Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) services and is accessible to individuals who are facing a housing crisis, are homeless, or are at risk of imminent homelessness. Services include:

Mental Health Unit (CORE): Responds to mental health calls. An officer and a homeless advocate team up to work together to get individuals to the right resources.
Substance Use Response Team (SURT): Provides post-overdose outreach. Program divert individuals with substance use disorders away from the criminal justice system and into services that are supportive of their recovery. This is a peer recovery-led and run outreach program that does not include police in follow-up attempts but is instead embedded within a law enforcement agency.

?- Emergency Shelter: Offers information and emergency shelter resources to adults without minor children. Call during office hours for a referral request to the Emergency Housing Services Building facility. Shelter is available based on capacity.
- Housing Hub:
- ?Connects single adults ages 18 and over and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless with a Housing Specialist to provide housing problem solving. Housing Specialists can assist households with practical solutions, identify sources, alternatives, resolve immediate barriers to housing, and mediate conflict resolution between landlords, friends, or family.
- The initial access point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term with a 30-day timeframe. After 30 days initial contact, households with no other pathways identified will be connected to a Housing Assessor and placed on the Housing Registry.
- Street Outreach: Provides support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and living outside
