Provides the following services: - Assists the public in filing domestic abuse petitions and harassment petitions - Assists the public in filing conciliation court claims - Certifies to judgment searches - Collects and receipts - fees, fines, bonds, and escrow funds - Issues summons, warrants, subpoenas, and executions of judgment - Maintains and disperses restitution funds ordered by the Court in criminal matters for the benefit of the victims - Maintains secure custody of all legal records, cash securities, and court exhibits - Maintains safe custody of trust funds held for minors - Performs marriage ceremonies
