Offers an assortment of exercise programs, allowing community members to take a preventive approach to aging-well. Programs including:
- Community exercise group: a full-body exercise routine that includes both seated and standing exercises. This program is designed to give participants a safe and effective workout that will allow them to increase and maintain their flexibility, stability, and movement
- Exercise buddy: a trained volunteer meets with the participant weekly in their home to help increase their strength, flexibility, and balance
