- City Clerk: Provides beer/liquor licenses, dog, and cat licenses. Dogs and cats over six months of age must be licensed. Lifetime license fee for a dog/cat is $25.
- Compost Site located at 681 Verderosa Avenue and accepts leaves, grass, sod, sod trimmings, and garden waste. Charges for yard waste disposal is $1 per bag or barrel. Also accepts brush/tree waste which is charged on a volume based fee.
- Doug Woog Arena: A public ice skating arena. Residents can rent the arena for a fee. Intake phone number (651)554-3330. Address is located at 141 6th Street South.
