Promotes fitness and nutrition by providing education, access to fitness facilities, and a proprietary line of herbs and supplements for community members.

The Community Bereavement Program is a support program that is facilitated by a counselor and nurses for people who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The program consists of ten sessions held once or twice each year. Participants must register for the program and start each session from the beginning. Attendance at all meetings is recommended, but not required. Sessions are generally held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 1:30 pm to 3 pm at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in La Crescent.
