Youth Social Development and Enrichment Programs - Winona Family YMCA
The YMCA offers various special interest classes, recreational activities, and special events for youth and families. Youth leadership programs are also provided as well as specialty camps with focus on arts instruction, STEM, and sports skills trainings.

Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations.
Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee).
