Provides access to information and referral to services provided by Olmsted County Adult and Family Services as well as information about services in the community. - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): Intensive non-residential treatment which involves rehabilitative mental health services. Helps people become independent and integrate into the community as they experience recovery. - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): State certified intensive outpatient program combines with coordinated community support services with the goal of reducing the need for hospitalization and increasing the individual's ability to participate in community living. - Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. Provides Rule 24 assessments which determine financial eligibility for funding and refers to Rule 25 assessments which determine appropriate level of chemical dependency treatment.
