The goal of this program is to match trained peer volunteer counselors with someone needing support due to life changes, loss, loneliness, or mental health needs of older adults. The peer counselor will make weekly in-home visits. Must be 55 or older. Peer volunteer counselors attend 24 hours of training in communication and active listening skills, aging, health care, and mental health issues.

- Adolescent and Adult Comprehensive Assessment: Offers a substance use disorder comprehensive rule 25 assessment and mental health screening to find best treatment option - Adolescent Treatment Programs: Designed to help adolescents recover from substance abuse and provide them with long-term support while keeping them connected to their schools and communities. The majority of treatment is conducted through group therapy sessions led by a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and individual counseling sessions to address the adolescent's needs and develop life changing treatment goals. 3 phase program that meets after school. In Phase 1, patients meet 4 days a week for 4 - 6 weeks. In Phase 2, patients attend 2 - 3 times per week for up to 6 weeks. In Phase 3, patients meet once a week for up to 20 weeks. - Adult Treatment Programs: Inpatient and outpatient programs include health assessments, educational presentations, peer group therapy, individual counseling, anger management, relapse prevention, mental health and substance abuse groups, and family education and counseling - Continued Intensive Outpatient Groups: Counselor-facilitated outpatient groups available for adults that have completed any Dellwood primary program or who have completed a program at another care facility and need further treatment - Family/Concerned Persons Program: Includes group sessions, educational materials and private conferences with the patient and their family/concerned individuals, combined patient and family/concerned individuals group, and referrals for family therapy to address family and relationship issues

Active Seniors: Provides adults 55+ with a variety of diverse activities such as exercise, wellness, and social/recreation designed to support independence Care Consultation: Keystone Care Consultants help seniors navigate their health, economic, and social needs. Care managers meet with individuals in their homes or at one of the community centers to conduct an assessment, gather input from caregivers, and create goals. Once the assessment is complete, services may include: setting up rides to a social program, researching housing options, making a referral to an agency that helps with grocery shopping and/or cleaning, providing caregiver support, and accompanying seniors to doctor visits. Grocery Delivery: Provides free grocery delivery for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. Those who qualify can receive monthly deliveries. Delivery can include meat, dairy, fresh produce, and shelf-stable items. In each delivery, individuals will receive an average of 25 pounds of food per person in the household. Accommodations are based on customer choice models such as vegetarian, halal, etc. depending on what is available. Deliveries will be dropped off between 12:15 pm and 1:30 pm Tuesday - Thursday by a volunteer. In-Home Help: Social workers coordinate with Recover Health to provide seniors with in-home nursing care, in-home therapies, and home health aides to assist with daily care. Meals on Wheels: Keystone Senior Services provides basic FAQ information about Meals on Wheels Tax Preparation Assistance: Provides tax services in coordination with AARP to seniors. - Short-term support counseling for individuals who have been sexually assaulted including individuals used in prostitution and sex trafficking. Counseling is also available for family members and friends of sexual violence victims. - One-to-one peer counseling - Hospital Counseling/Advocacy: Counselors are available to provide counseling, offer information, provide options and support sexual assault victims at the hospital when they come in for an evidentiary exam. If the victim wishes to make a report to law enforcement, the counselor will remain to provide support. If upon arriving at the hospital the sexual assault advocate is told that the victim does not wish to have an advocate, a packet of written information will be left for the victim and the advocate will leave. Advocates provide support to family and friends of victims in the hospital.
