Adults and youth ages 6 - 17 who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Provides a supportive environment for individuals needing a safe place to recover and stabilize during a crisis. Individuals staying at Crisis Stabilization will meet with a qualified mental health professional, mental health practitioners, and nursing staff during their stay. Services offered include skills training in individual and group settings, evaluation, stabilization, and referrals. Average length of stay is 1-10 days.

24-hour intensive residential treatment service intended to serve the needs of adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. Services include:

Residential Crisis Stabilization hybrid services integrate mental health, medical, and substance use care in a 24-hour, supervised setting. Provides short-term crisis stabilization services in the same setting. The Steiner Kelting Mental Wellness is a 12-bed residence providing Residential Crisis Stabilization Services (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS). RCS services help individuals manage immediate mental health needs, develop a crisis prevention plan, learn new coping skills, and recognize symptoms earlier. IRTS services are designed to help enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and independent living skills for individuals who often have co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnoses. A person-centered treatment plan is developed to help individuals set goals to achieve independence and lifelong wellness. Services include:

• 24-hour on-site staff and assistance in a residential setting

• Assessment of immediate needs and factors that lead to the crisis

• Individualized treatment to address immediate needs and restore the individual to pre-crisis level of functioning

• Individual and group therapy

• Living skills/foundational wellness development including exercise and nutrition

• Medication management

• Crisis assistance, development of health care directives, crisis prevention plans, and relapse prevention plans

• Inter- and intra-agency case coordination

• Transition and discharge planning. A discharge plan for services is provided to assist individuals and refer them to other People Incorporated programs.

Provides Crisis Stabilization Services for those living with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders, and who are currently experiencing a crisis or emergency situation. Crisis Stabilization Services help:

• Coordinate with existing service providers and secure new resources.

• Create a safe and fulfilling discharge plan.

• Create an individualized treatment and recovery plan based on your needs and goals.

• Maintain safety and sobriety by offering 24/7 supervision and one-to-one support.

• Meet immediate needs for food, clothing, and medical care.

• Stabilize symptoms by coordinating medication management and psychoeducation.

A nine-bed adult residential crisis stabilization unit that provides a short-term safe place for individuals to stay while working through a mental health crisis. The unit is staffed 24 hours/7 days a week and offers counseling and education to clients in managing their mental health symptoms. All admissions are voluntary and based on bed availability.

Provides community-based and residential services to adults living with a physical, intellectual, medical, mental health, and behavioral condition who need support. Offers long-term and short-term transitional support, focusing on individual's strengths and needs. All services are licensed and operating under the 245D statutes as adult foster care homes. Services provided:

• 24-hour staffing serving two to four individuals

• Community-based Services: Designed for flexible, personalized support in the individual's home and community providing respite care, crisis respite, companion services, homemaking services, community living support, and supported employment

• Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS): Short-term, structured mental health treatment of up to 90 days for adults experiencing a serious mental illness

Residential crisis stabilization serves eligible members assessed during a crisis assessment to be experiencing a mental health crisis.

Individuals admitted work with a mental health professional, or practitioner on a daily basis. Groups are provided to include psychoeducation, symptom management, coping strategies and stress relief, etc. Services are short-term and recovery focused.

Provides crisis services and a crisis helpline for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include:

• 24 hour/7 days a week support and crisis helpline to screen for safety, stabilize a crisis, support and provide appropriate referrals. All calls are free, confidential, and anonymous.

• Mobile crisis response team to provide face-to-face crisis services, including assessment, intervention, and stabilization. The mobile crisis response team works in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and hospital emergency departments. Alluma partners with local law enforcement agencies to respond to 911 calls involving individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

• Supervision and observation through the Crisis Stabilization Unit, a two-bed unit available for adults who need a safe place to recover during a mental health crisis. Provides access to services such as case management, counseling, skills building, and coordination of services to local community resources. Only serves adults ages 18 years and older who volunteer to be admitted to the Crisis Stabilization Unit, are medically stable, and non-aggressive. Does not treat acute medical conditions.
