Offers a full range of coordinated mental health services to promote the well-being and functioning of individuals and families on the Fond Du Lac reservation. Members of a different federally recognized tribe may also receive services based on program eligibility. Youth Intensive Outpatient Program After School Program - PrairieCare

Offered year-round as an After School Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for adolescents ages 12 - 18 years. The program has an average length of 6 - 8 weeks long. The program allows patients the opportunity to work programming into their currently scheduled schooling and activities. This treatment program will focus on skills building and support for adolescents and their parents and caregivers. Adolescents who enter the program typically will have difficulty functioning in one or more of the following areas: family/relationships, school, and community. The treatment team works closely with families to tailor the program to the individual needs of the adolescent and their family. Services provided in the youth IOP program may include evidenced-based structured programming for skills development, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, mindfulness-based stress management techniques, psychological education, parent coaching and skills development group, and medication management as needed.

Mental Health Services - Fond Du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

Offers a full range of coordinated mental health services to promote the well-being and functioning of individuals and families on the Fond Du Lac reservation. Members of a different federally recognized tribe may also receive services based on program eligibility. Services provided are: - Adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) - Counseling for mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. Therapeutic interventions with individuals, family, and couples counseling when appropriate. - Mental health case management for children and adults - Mobile crisis response during the day - Psychological evaluation - Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, brain spotting, and EMDR therapy NOTE: After hours mental health crisis response are provided through Birch Tree

Services include diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, family therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments for: - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - Anxiety - Depression - Learning problems With permission, services are also coordinated as needed with schools, physicians, probation offices, the courts, and social service agencies
