Provides outpatient mental health services to people of all ages. Services may be provided in-person at the clinic or to anyone residing in Minnesota via telehealth. Services include: Comprehensive diagnostic assessment which may also include screenings for depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and cognitive functioning with recommendations for follow up testing as needed. Additional mental health services include: - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Intensive Outpatient DBT ?- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy - Psychological Assessment and Testing - Psychiatric assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Mental Health services provide culturally and linguistically affirming counseling and therapy for children and youth who experience hearing loss, and for their families. Services are also provided to children of deaf adults (CODA). Services may also be provided via telehealth. Services may include: - Consultation to schools and teachers - Diagnostic assessment - Individual, group and family therapy - Individual, group and family skill building - Psychiatric evaluation and medication management - Psychological assessment

Home Based Mental Health Services
Provides general and specialty medical services to patients. Services include: - 24-hour emergency care and ambulance services - Adult and pediatric psychiatry - Chemotherapy (outpatient) - Flu vaccines - Laboratory services - Pregnancy care and delivery - Prenatal education and lactation help - Radiology such as x-rays, CT scans, PET scans, digital mammography, MRIs, nuclear imaging, ultrasounds, and DEXA scans - Rehabilitation services such as Cardiac therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, pulmonary rehab, and speech therapy - Respiratory care - Specialty hospital care such as cardiology, orthopedic surgery, pulmonary, oncology, ophthalmology, and urology - Wellness screenings
