Case management services included: Planning; Client outreach/ in home visits; assistance with accessing all basic needs services. - Family Community Support Services: to help develop independent living skills and participate in leasure and recreational activities . This services also include parental skills ideas; and explore financial resources. - Mental Health Client Assistance Program: for county residents who do not have insurance, whose insurance is not affordable, or whose insurance does not cover mental health services. Assists with accessing therapy. There may be a fee for this service.
