Provides ongoing support to individuals experiencing general mental health challenges, suicidal ideation, or concerns about substance use, as well as those who have survived a recent suicide attempt, through our Care and Support Program. This program makes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly contact with participants. Participants may be referred by partnering healthcare facilities or simply dial 988 to enroll.

Provides crisis assessments, crisis interventions, and community based stabilization services for Veterans of Itasca County and the catchment area of Hill City. The VCRT responds by phone and in person, to Veterans and/or their spouses experiencing mental health emergencies at locations such as, but not limited to: private homes, community locations, and hospital/clinic settings.

Provides service to residents of Ramsey County who are experiencing a mental health or chemical health crisis. Services available: - Walk-in and telephone assistance for both youth and adults, and mobile response teams providing consultation and referral for mental health crises and suicide prevention. - Bridges Group: Free group for anyone who wants to learn more about substance abuse and mental health issues and about available resources.
