Provides an outpatient treatment program for individuals who are chemically dependent and/or have co-occurring disorders. Alluma is a licensed 245G substance use disorder treatment program. Clients will need to have a substance use evaluation to determine the level of treatment they need. Additional services offered: - Co-occurring disorders treatment program - Group counseling to gain perspective, connection, and healing - Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): A treatment option for adults ages 18 and older who need more intensive services toward recovery while continuing to live at home, work, and be active in the community - Substance Use Assessment and Counseling: Provides a comprehensive substance use assessment to establish the type and severity of the substance use disorder diagnosis. Also, offers one-on-one counseling with a licensed alcohol and drug counselor for adolescents and adults.

Provides 1 - 2 hour confidential assessments as a first step in determining if further chemical health services are needed. In most cases, a recommendation will be made immediately after the assessment interview. Some recommendations like attending an educational class or treatment program, for example, will be offered in-house at Common Ground, and if not, a list of referrals to community providers will be provided.

It is designed for adolescents ages 13 - 18 years with a diagnosis of a substance use disorder. The goal of the program is to keep adolescents in their home communities.
