Services include:- East Central Regional Juvenile Center Treatment Program provides a New Choices Program for Adolescents who are in the secure facility in Lino Lakes. The program utilizes a cognitive treatment model based on research and evaluation that has been found to be effective with substance-abusing juvenile offenders. The program provides service coordination across systems and gradually incorporates informal community supports to prepare youth for their transition to their home community.- Group/individual outpatient treatment utilizing a cognitive behavioral, non-traditional approach. It is designed for adolescents ages 13 - 18 years with a diagnosis of a substance use disorder. The goal of the program is to keep adolescents in their home communities. It includes group sessions, intensive care management, consultations, individual, and concerned persons/family sessions.- Substance use assessments

Groups meet Monday through Friday for three hours each day for about 6-8 weeks. Services include regular follow-up with a physician who specializes in mental health and addiction medicine.- Partial Hospitalization: An intensive short-term program for individuals with anxiety and/or depression. Groups meet five hours a day, five days a week, for about 2-3 weeks. Individuals will have regular follow up with a psychiatrist.- Senior Mental Health Inpatient Treatment: Offers a treatment program for older adults- 55+ Day Treatment: Provides treatment to people experiencing mental health symptoms for the first time or those with a longer history of mental illness. Groups meet twice each week for four hours each day. This is not a dementia or recreational program.

Clients are monitored for withdrawal symptoms and an assessment is completed, followed by recommendations and referrals to community programs. - DWI Classes: Provides 8 hours of education on the effects of drinking and driving, along with tactics for improved decision making. Participants in this monthly program must be involved with traffic court or the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. - Substance Use Counseling: Provides a series of comprehensive 1:1 and group treatment options - Substance Use Outpatient Treatment Programs: Designed to help individuals overcome their dependence on alcohol and/or other chemicals. Options include 1:1 sessions with a licensed counselor, group therapy and ongoing support.- Walk-in Assessment: Offers chemical dependency assessments
