Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. The county will assess individuals who need help paying for a chemical use assessment or treatment services through the Behavioral Health Fund. Services also include:- Designated staff that provide chemical dependency assessments- Referral to local community service providers for chemical assessments or treatment services. Also, directs individuals to visit www.fasttrackermn.org for additional resources.- When legal intervention is required, staff can assist with mental health and chemical dependency commitments

Provides several treatment programs to adolescents who have a problem with substance use. Services include:- East Central Regional Juvenile Center Treatment Program provides a New Choices Program for Adolescents who are in the secure facility in Lino Lakes. The program utilizes a cognitive treatment model based on research and evaluation that has been found to be effective with substance-abusing juvenile offenders. The program provides service coordination across systems and gradually incorporates informal community supports to prepare youth for their transition to their home community.- Group/individual outpatient treatment utilizing a cognitive behavioral, non-traditional approach. It is designed for adolescents ages 13 - 18 years with a diagnosis of a substance use disorder. The goal of the program is to keep adolescents in their home communities. It includes group sessions, intensive care management, consultations, individual, and concerned persons/family sessions.- Substance use assessments

Provides Direct Access assessments, counseling, and support services to help individuals overcome substance use disorders.Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately.

Offers a wide range of mental health and substance abuse services, such as:- Adolescent Co-Occurring Disorders Outpatient Program: Provides care for adolescents with a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders.- Adult Day Treatment: An intensive day treatment program for individuals who are newly diagnosed or experience an increase in symptoms from prolonged illness. Groups meet three days per week for 3 hours each day.- Lodging Plus Program: An intensive outpatient chemical dependency program located within the University of Minnesota Medical Center, serving deaf, deafblind, and hard-of-hearing clients embedded within the larger hearing population.- Mental Health Emergency Services: Assists in behavioral emergencies, assesses, stabilizes, and offers next steps recommendations- Mental Health Inpatient Treatment: Provides 24 hours/7 days a week care, acute crisis assessment, focused intervention, and discharge planning - Mental Health Outpatient Treatment: Provides comprehensive mental health services for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health symptoms.??- Mental Illness and Substance Abuse: An abstinence-based day treatment program. Groups meet Monday through Friday for three hours each day for about 6-8 weeks. Services include regular follow-up with a physician who specializes in mental health and addiction medicine.- Partial Hospitalization: An intensive short-term program for individuals with anxiety and/or depression. Groups meet five hours a day, five days a week, for about 2-3 weeks. Individuals will have regular follow up with a psychiatrist.- Senior Mental Health Inpatient Treatment: Offers a treatment program for older adults- 55+ Day Treatment: Provides treatment to people experiencing mental health symptoms for the first time or those with a longer history of mental illness. Groups meet twice each week for four hours each day. This is not a dementia or recreational program.

Provides chemical dependency treatment, including:- Comprehensive outpatient program including day and evening treatment options- Comprehensive chemical health assessment- Daily chemical education and support groups- Methadone and Buprenorphine (Suboxone) Treatment- Medically supervised taper

Services also include:- Chemical use assessments and case management- Prepetition screening for all individuals petitioned for civil commitments for chemical dependency due to being a danger to themselves or others?- Provides referrals to local community service providers for chemical assessments or treatment services. Additionally, it directs individuals to visit www.fasttrackermn.org for further resources. Individuals with private insurance are encouraged to call the number on the back of their health insurance card for in-network provider services.

Provides intensive outpatient program with options for sober housing for men. Treatment plans include:- 24/7 on-site staff- Client-centered treatment in a homelike setting- Continued care- Group and individual counseling- Relapse prevention program- Substance use assessments/comprehensive assessments- Transportation: Provided from any Minnesota location and many surrounding locations. Transportation is provided to and from Minneapolis/Saint Paul (MSP) airport for admission purposes. Transportation is also available to and from work for Elk River housing clients.

Offers services for adolescents with alcohol or other drug problems including: - Chemical dependency evaluations to assess chemical use - Psychological functioning, peer relationships, school performance and family functioning - Inpatient adolescent treatment - Outpatient adolescent treatment - Individual interventionl program, which helps young people and families with chemical abuse problems learn about behavior management, progression of chemical use and related consequences, limit setting, communication and conflict resolution skills. Intensive outpatient substance program that provides short- and long-term treatment for adults with substance use disorders. Licensed for Rule 25/comprehensive assessments. Medicated assisted treatment and withdrawal management provided to conduct diagnostic assessments and treatment coordination. Licensed to prescribe Suboxone and Naloxone.

Provides outpatient substance use disorder and co-occurring disorder treatment services. Services include:- Chemical use assessments to identify diagnosis- Family education held every six weeks- Treatment program

Provides chemical dependency services to adolescents. Services offered:- Addiction Medicine Clinic: Medication-assisted therapy, medication management, tobacco cessation, and in-person or virtual visits- Adolescent Residential: Offers chemical dependency treatment, access to mental health services, a school program, and family therapy. The program is 6 - 8 weeks in length.- Comprehensive Assessment: Chemical dependency evaluations. Same-day assessments are often available.- Evening Outpatient: Primary substance use program that offers a mental health component. The program runs for 6 weeks and requires two 3-hour sessions per week.

Education consists of: - Alcohol abuse - Drug abuse - Co-occurring disorders - Cross addiction - Stress reduction - for adolescence and family - Program is culturally supportive
