Bridges Health is a student-led, faculty-guided, interprofessional clinic that provides a variety of free preventive health and wellness services. Services include: blood pressure screening, depression screening and emotional well-being assessments, diabetes screening, general assessment for substance use disorders, general physical exams, healthy exercise assessment, healthy sleep assessment, information and assistance, nutrition assessments, respiratory/asthma screening, school and sports physicals, skin cancer screening, support and socialization, and vision and hearing screening. Services are available on both a residential or outpatient basis; Outpatient programs are available during the day or in the evening. Each client has an individual treatment plan and aftercare recommendations directed toward their specific needs and circumstances. Staff is also available for assessments, interventions, and educational presentations.

A program for older adults age 50 and over needing outpatient chemical dependency treatment. A combination of recovery programs and outpatient treatment services, as well as aftercare.
