Alicia's Place for Women with Disabilities (Duluth): - 315 North 2nd Avenue West - Permanent housing for women without children who have chronic mental health and chemical dependency issues Birchwood Apartments (Duluth): - 4710 Burning Tree Road - 30 units apartment studio and 1 bedroom units - Heat, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage included in rent Garfield Square Apartments (Duluth): - 10 Piedmont Avenue - 50 units apartment with studio flats units - Heat, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage included in rent Memorial Park Apartments (Duluth): - 605 North Central Avenue - 39 unit apartment community with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units - Designed to provide permanent supportive, and affordable housing to individuals experiencing homelessness San Marco Apartments (Duluth): - 230 West 3rd Street - 70 units, 30 supportive housing units for men and women who struggle with chronic public inebriation - 40 efficiency apartments for homeless or those at-risk homeless Sheila'sPlace (Duluth): - 216 North 14th Avenue East - Permanent supportive housing program for women or married couples with a family member with a disability - Case Management services are provided with the case manager meeting weekly in the home to offer support - Most families who live at Sheila's Place have had multiple episodes of homelessness. - Must be homeless, low income and willing to participate in goal plan Steve O'Neil Apartments (Duluth): - 115 West 4th Street - 44 unit permanent supportive housing services for families experiencing homelessness - 1 -, 2 -, and 3 - bedroom units - Electricity, water, sewer, garbage and heat included in rent - Rents are based on 30% of income - Security deposit is required?
