Provides access to arts opportunities and programming. Offers nine grant programs, a monthly newsletter, an online arts calendar, two art galleries, workshops and networking meetings, an artist registry, and technical assistance to arts organizations and artists.

- Annual Health Fair for Artists, Screening Days for Artists and and Downloadable Guide to Healthcare for Minnesota Artists with referrals to insurance and sliding fee scale clinics. All Springboard's healthcare programs are free. - Artists' Access to Healthcare (AAH) Program provides a voucher for artists to use towards services at low-cost medical, dental and mental healthcare clinics in the Twin Cities - Attorney referrals for artists, Minnesota chapter of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts - Career consultations for artists; information on copyright law, marketing, career planning, taxes, grants and funding to artists - Emergency Relief Fund: Emergency fund to help artists in need of immediate monies to cover an expense due to loss from fire, theft, health emergency, or other catastrophic, career-threatening event - Fiscal Sponsorship and Incubator program provides fiscal sponsorship for arts groups who are not ready to become nonprofits and assists them in managing their financial affairs professionally - Free computer, internet and scanner access in resource center for artists - Organizational consultations for individual arts organizations, information on government reporting, fundraising and long-range planning for cultural organizations - Resume help, arts job and internship listings, application information for grants programs and a non-circulating library for those seeking employment in the arts - Work of Art Business Skills for Artists workshops; Topics include: Career Planning for Artists, Time Management for Creative People, Professional Presentation, Marketing for Artists, Legal Considerations for Artists, Recordkeeping and Financial Management for Artists, Simple Business Plans for Artists, Funding Your Work, Pricing Your Work and Artists & Web 2.0

Grants and services to the following: - Artists of color - Elementary and secondary public schools to sponsor artists in residence - Individual artist - Nonprofit tax exempt arts organizations - Nonprofit tax exempt organizations for programming quality artist residencies in elementary and secondary schools - Presenters of arts events that are open to the public - Schools for arts programming Roster of artists and arts organizations that teach in the schools Grants information and services available through regional arts councils throughout the state.
Resources for education, information, support, and advocacy may include the following: - Adult peer groups throughout the state - Age-appropriate education programs for youth about epilepsy, seizure first aid, and prevention - Camp Oz: A week-long, residential camp for youth 9 - 17 who have epilepsy. Held the third week in June each summer. - Creative Arts encourages people with epilepsy to submit artwork and writings - Epilepsy first aid and awareness training for professionals and for the public including seizure recognition - Family events - Shining Stars: Kids with epilepsy are recognized with certificates and a medallion, special events and a chance to meet other Shining Stars. Brochures, pamphlets and resource materials. Some available in Spanish and Hmong.

Provides a unique studio space for artists with disabilities. Emphasizing creativity and personal growth, this space welcomes individuals of all artistic levels to explore their talents. With dedicated mentorship, artists learn new techniques to refine their craft and express themselves fully. The studio not only fosters artistic collaboration but also provides opportunities for artists to showcase and sell their work.
Performing arts for all ages. They also sponsor the art gallery and dance programs.
