- Current newspaper and magazine articles, custom book and media recommendations; internet access; library-led book clubs; recommendations for purchase; research help; and basic technology help

- Reserve materials online for pickup in the library or bookmobile. Up to 20 holds per library card.

Loans of the following:

- Books, DVD movies, CD music, book group in a bag kit, eBooks and eAudiobooks, eMagazines, video games, board games, materials from other libraries, and seeds (seasonal)

Provided programs including:

- Kids and Teens Program: Provides tours, storytimes, or other class visits for children, book lists for each grade level and favorite genre, and homework help

- Rochester Reading Champions: Matches volunteers with underserved youth and adults who struggle to read and write

Use of the following:

- Computers, copy, printing, scan, and fax machines; mobile printing and online resources

- Rooms available for use by community organizations, businesses, and individuals. Rooms include 2nd floor meeting room, sound booth and 2-person study rooms.

View of the following:

- Events; library calendar; news; online resources by subject, age, or see an alphabetical list; and digital history archive for photos, yearbooks, records, and more

Use of phone, internet, fax, copy, computer, and phone charging station available. Time limits are enforced.

- Monthly CLE available to members of the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Bar - Internet access including Wi-Fi access - Photocopier and fax machine - Provides access to legal resources including statutes, legislative materials, court rules, court forms, WestLaw, regulations, ordinances, self-help materials, forms, case law, legal treatises, and encyclopedias Legal Clinic Services

• Civil Law Clinic: Automobile title transfer; conciliation court; consumer issues; creditor/debtor issues; default judgment, housing; housing eviction; eviction expungement; judgment collection
• Criminal Law Clinic: Traffic tickets, criminal process, criminal expungement, and DANCO orders
• Family Law Clinic: Child custody, child support, domestic abuse, marriage dissolution, name change, paternity issues, and spousal maintenance
