Outreach workers are on call to meet with and talk to people who are homeless and staying outside or in places not fit for human habitation. Outreach workers provide supplies such as winter clothing and camping gear (when possible) to meet people's basic needs, and try to connect people to appropriate services to improve their quality of life. Outreach workers can provide information on how to schedule a housing assessment for Coordinated Entry transitional or permanent supportive housing.
