Provides a means for churches and other organizations to work together to match up volunteers to meet an individual's or family's needs. Provides: - Baby Care Ministry: Helps young families by providing infant and toddler high chairs, baby cribs, pack-n-plays, and strollers - Build-A-Bed: Builds and gives single beds and bunk beds. Also delivers them directly to homes and assembles them in the room. - Bike Ministry: Provides bicycles for adults and children - Clean Sweep: Helps families with basic cleaning supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, sponges, all-purpose spray, toilet bowl cleaner, and more - Clothing Ministry: Provides essential clothing through Trending Upward Thrift Shoppe - Diaper Ministry: Helps young families by providing diapers, pull-ups, and wipes for babies and toddlers - Food and Gas Cards: Provides gift cards for food and gas - FurniShare: Matches up donations of household goods and furniture (including beds, mattresses/box springs (free of stains, rips, and tears), dressers, kitchen tables/chairs, and living room furniture) with people who need them. Also provides monthly furniture sales. - Kitchen Essentials: Offers a basic supply of silverware, dishes, cups, and cookware to individuals and families - LAM Vac Valet: Donates and repairs vacuum cleaners in good condition - Loads of Love: Cares for families in need by providing laundry detergent, fabric sheets, dish, and dishwasher soap - Personal Care: Provides necessary personal items including soap, shampoo, razors, toilet paper, deodorant, feminine products, and more - The Birthday Closet Ministry: Provides supplies for children's birthdays - The Linen Closet: Provides new or used blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towels, and washcloths - Towel Ministry: Provides bath towels, kitchen towels, and washcloths - Winter Wear Ministry: Provides boots, coats, hats, mittens, and scarves

Provides resources for food, clothing, linen, household items, hygiene items, baby supplies, and furniture on a limited basis. Services provided: - Clothing: Offers general clothing items limited to 10 items per family member per month - Dental Clinic: Open to individuals without dental insurance. Services provided include extractions/pulling teeth and fillings for cavities. Services are prioritized by the level of pain patients are experiencing. - Diapers: Offers free diapers on an appointment basis - Food: Offers individuals food once a month in partnership with Salvation Army. Accepts food donation items such as pancake mix/syrup, spaghetti noodles/sauce, soups, bags of sugar four pounds or larger, canned fruit, canned vegetables, cereal, cooking oil, macaroni and cheese, small bags/boxes of rice, tuna, canned chicken, Helper Meals, peanut butter, jelly, beans - baked (in cans) and pinto (in bags). - Furniture Requests: Offers furniture and takes requests for furniture throughout the year - Resource Center: Assists people to apply for county services such as public assistance, energy assistance, and MNsure. Also helps individuals with resumes and searching for a job NOTE: Other donations accepted are houseware items, glassware, pots, pans, kitchen and table linens, silverware, personal hygiene items, laundry detergent, toiletries, limited pieces of small/large furniture items (sofas, love seats, tables, chairs, dressers, mattresses/box springs, metal bed frames, and tables).

Refugee resettlement services include: - Assistance in networking throughout the community - Budgeting orientation - Cultural and employment orientation - Intake orientation - Medical access - Reception - Recruitment and training of volunteers - School registration - Stable housing Donations of household items are accepted: - Children's Welcome Baskets: Donors may express their creativity to create age-specific baskets for infants and toddlers, grade school youth, teens and adults - Cleaning Supplies Baskets: Create a "Bucket Basics" by filling a trash can with dish soap, laundry detergent, mop and broom, shower curtain with rings, sponges and paper towels, toilet paper and trash bag - Needed Basic Household Items: Bathroom rugs and mats, can openers, glassware, comforters and large blankets, kitchen and bathroom towels, kitchen tables and chairs, lamps with shades, large kitchen trash can, mattresses/box springs (gently used), pots and pans, sheet sets, shower curtains with rings, silverware, and sofas - Refurbished Computer and Internet Funds - Rental Assistance/Utility Fund - Shopping Cart Fund - Survival Kits: 60 watt light bulbs, alarm clock, children's Tylenol and adult Tylenol, envelopes, first aid kit, flashlight, key chains, new pillows, nightlights (children's and adults), postage stamps (10 per bag), thermometer and wallet Volunteer opportunities: - Donation collections: Organizes donation drives for items in order to meet the needs of families or to stock up CCRRP supplies - Driving teachers: Assists a client in learning how to drive, help study for permit test and help client practice for driving - English as a second language tutors: Helps with English lessons at the family's home - Family mentor: A volunteer is involved with a family about a month after arrival and once per week afterward. This time can include practicing English, taking them to the grocery store, or just chatting about life in the U.S. Commitment to the family is three months. Preferred group of 2-3 people, with friends, family or co-workers - Grocery shopping groups: Assists in purchasing basic food items to be available the day or night refugee families arrive into the U.S - Special projects: Engages volunteers in special projects to benefit the program which uses their skills and talents.
