Appreciation Grants - Minnesotans' Military Appreciation Fund

Provides grants to all Minnesota active duty and honorably discharged military personnel who have served in a combat zone since September 11, 2001. The amount of grant depends on each circumstance and can be used at their discretion.

Military Assistance Response Program - USA Cares

Provides emergency financial assistance to veterans, service members, and their families facing temporary hardships due to military service-related incidents or medical issues. Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis, with no repayment required - Accepts monetary donations online to support military veterans in need and their families - Donated funds are provided to assist families with quality-of-life issues - Funding from the program assists in critical areas such as utilities, auto payments, insurance, auto repair, food, and rent for situations that require a quick turnaround NOTE: Second requests will be accepted, but they must be for essential reasons, with immediate needs supported by the Chain of Command or verifying individuals with at least 45 days separating the two requests.
