- Offers a variety of art classes which range from a 1-day class to multiple-week courses. Virtual classes are offered. - Offers both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional art mediums including painting, mixed media, printing, hand-built pottery, wheel throwing pottery, stained glass, drawing, sketching, and more - Offers birthday parties for children. Children make an art project (they can choose a theme or staff can design something just for them) that each child gets to bring home. Themes include Acrylic Painting on Canvas, Clay Sculpture/Hand-Built Pottery, Polymer Clay Sculpture and Watercolor Painting. Each party is 90 minutes of art and 30 minutes for cake and presents. Adults must provide cake, refreshments and any other snacks. - Private art events can be scheduled. People can bring their own beverage of choice and snacks to enjoy over the 3 hours party. Art materials are provided. Using a step-by-step method, individuals can create their own piece of art. - Rum River Art Gallery shows local artists' work. Shows change every month.
