- Assistive technology for people with hearing, sight and dexterity needs: adaptive equipment, closed captioned digital DVDs, large print books, and audiobooks. Software available for use in library buildings including JAWS screen reader, MAGic screen magnification software and Open Book scanning software which converts printed text to speech
- Government documents
- Services to at home patrons who cannot visit a library including phone, online, mail, and volunteer delivery services
- Internet access including free Wi-Fi
